About the Role

Lead day-to-day site supervision for interior/commercial renovation projects, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise site activities and subcontractors; enforce safety and housekeeping
  • Coordinate schedule, manpower, materials and deliveries with suppliers/vendors
  • Read drawings and method statements; guide trades (incl. basic carpentry works)
  • Perform quality checks, measurements and defect rectification; manage handover
  • Maintain site records: daily reports, photos, permits, inspection logs
  • Liaise with clients/ID/PMs for progress updates and site coordination

Requirements

  • Proven experience in site supervision for interior/fit-out/renovation projects
  • Able to coordinate suppliers/subcons and "run the site" independently
  • Working knowledge of carpentry/joinery workflows and basic buildability
  • Able to read shop drawings; basic MS Office (Excel/Word) for reporting
  • Good communication and problem-solving; hands-on and reliable
  • Singapore site experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
