We invite applications for an experienced and reliable Supervisor Technician Cum Driver to join our team.

In this combined role, you will oversee and supervise on-site installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security systems, while also managing transportation and logistical duties.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a valid driving license, who are comfortable balancing both supervisory and hands-on technical responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the operation teams in the on-site installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems, car park systems, and other security solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance for system installations, maintenance, and repairs at various client locations.
  • Coordinate and oversee installation projects on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed according to client specifications and within set timelines.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and team members to and from job sites.
  • Manage logistics for installations, ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are ready for use and delivered on time.
  • Troubleshoot and repair security systems including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control.
  • Assist with network cabling installation and troubleshooting as needed for system setup.
  • Administer site reports, track team schedules, and update project progress as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as directed by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Class 3 manual driving license is essential.
  • Minimum ITE or Secondary / "O" Levels qualification.
  • Diploma or ITE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles with the ability to lead, manage, and coordinate a team effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • More experienced candidates will be considered for senior roles.

  • Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and handle ad-hoc duties.
  • Physical stamina to perform hands-on tasks and assist with lifting and loading tasks.
