Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute communications plans and marketing initiatives to achieve organisational objectives
  • Cultivate community partnerships and execute impactful community initiatives
  • Coordinate outreach programmes and campaigns to engage with target audiences
  • Develop awareness efforts around causes that are relevant to stakeholders
  • Create engaging content and materials for both traditional and digital media platforms
  • Support key organisations' themes and initiatives through stakeholder collaboration
  • Optimise communication channels to maximise engagement and ensure timely publication of key information
  • Supervise and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in similar field would be advantageous
  • Proven experience in executing communications and marketing initiatives
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
