Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource cum Admin to support both human resource and administrative functions. The role will be responsible for handling daily HR operations, employee engagement, and general office administration to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource (HR) Duties:
- Handle recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and onboarding.
- In charge of payroll processing, CPF submission, and leave management.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Assist in company submissions to government agencies and ensure compliance.
- Prepare HR-related letters (e.g., employment contracts, confirmation, termination).
- Support the preparation of company documents for government submissions, audits, and compliance.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director/Management.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related matters.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation (hardcopy and digital).
- Provide administrative support to management, other departments and building management.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government agencies.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and also cooperate with team members.
- Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
- Responsible and responsive, including attending to urgent calls or messages outside regular working hours if needed.
- Able to start work from mid-September 2025.
