Technical Administrator – KN

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic: $2,300 – $2,800 (depending on qualification & experience)
  • Attendance Incentive: $5 per working day
  • Overtime Pay
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.45pm
  • Location: Jurong Island

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute Weekly Maintenance Performance Reports.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports for analysis as requested by the manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date MOM certifications.
  • Process spare parts orders, obtain quotations, and follow procurement procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Receive and verify incoming parts, update inventory system records.
  • Coordinate issuance of parts to technicians and monitor stock levels.
  • Assist with periodic physical inventory counts.
  • Maintain departmental filing systems (digital & physical).
  • Support engineers/managers with other assigned duties.
