Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule daily trucking operations (FCL/LCL/project cargo)
• Dispatch drivers and assign vehicles based on job requirements
• Monitor and track drivers' movements to ensure timely deliveries and collections
• Liaise with customers, drivers, and port authorities (PSA/Jurong Port) for smooth operations
• Handle any operational issues, delays, or emergencies in a proactive manner
• Maintain accurate records of trips, delivery status, and fleet utilization
• Support operations team in day-to-day logistics coordination

Requirements

• Prior experience in logistics / trucking coordination preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Familiar with PSA, Jurong Port, and local delivery routes is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / WhatsApp communication / scheduling systems)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with drivers)

Working Hours

• 6 days work week
• Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
• Saturday: 8.00am – 1.00pm
