This role exists to provide efficient and accurate support in processing and managing motor claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company standards, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Job scope
- To assess damages, verifying coverage, and ensuring fair and accurate settlement of motor claims.
- To support administrative work including claim registration and requisition of payments.
- To assist in annual review of claim files to ensure reserves are adequate for active files and to close inactive files.
- To ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Able to work independently
- Working Experience: Minimum of 2-year experience in motor claims support role
- High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
