What you'll do

As a consultnat – DevSecOps at Deloitte, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing DevSecOps solutions that drive operational efficiency and business success. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline deployment processes, enhance automation, and improve system reliability. Your expertise will help organizations adopt DevSecOps best practices and modern infrastructure management techniques.

You will:

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated deployment strategies to enhance software development efficiency.Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and manage scalable, secure, and high-availability systems.Automation & Scripting: Develop and optimize automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to improve deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.Work closely with developers, QA, and IT operations to align DevOps initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless integration across teams.Implement monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack) to maintain system health and quickly troubleshoot issues.Ensure that infrastructure and processes adhere to security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Security roles.Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, Google Security Command Center).Experience with CI/CD security tools (Snyk, Checkmarx, SonarQube, Aqua Security, Prisma Cloud).Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for security automation.Expertise in IAM and access control (AWS IAM, Azure AD, HashiCorp Vault).Familiarity with SIEM solutions (Splunk, ELK, Sentinel) and threat detection tools.Understanding of container security (Kubernetes security best practices, Falco, OPA, Pod Security Policies).Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Security Specialist, CISSP, CISA, CEH, or DevSecOps certifications) are a plus.
