Security Operations Officer

Responsibilities

  • Perform surveillance in designated congregation areas.
  • Manage incidents and monitor kerbside activities.
  • Conduct CCTV camera functionality checks.
  • Carry out investigative work as requested by CAG Duty Terminal Manager (DTM) or Airport Police Division (APD).
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and recording of incidents or routine movements.
  • Prepare reports and perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum N/O/A Levels qualification.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to build good client relationships.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
