Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $3000 - $3200
  • Location: Outram
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am -6.30pm; Friday, 9am -6pm
  • 3 months contract (Extendable)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to ensure timely and accurate content update (website), including annual content audit exercise.
  • Coordinate reviews/comments from stakeholders and update on corporate system.
  • Provide creative development and editing/adaptation support.
  • Support basic creation of communication materials (including video for social media purpose/projects).
  • Provide procurement support and liaising with vendors/suppliers for campaign operations.
  • Provide administrative tasks - scheduling meetings, checking of marketing artwork and documenting digital assets.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Adobe design tools, Canva, Sitecore CMS or HTML
