Responsibilities:

• Brand Advocacy: Represent and communicate the brand with passion and a deep understanding of all our services.
• Expert Treatments: Perform face and body treatments with excellent skill and service attitude.
• Client Consultations: Make professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages to customers.
• Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets through effective consultations and upselling of products and services.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service with a professional touch, ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients.
• Referral & Retention: Play an active role in customer referral and retention through excellent service and relationship-building.
• Frontline Duties: Handle appointment making, reception, and other customer service responsibilities.
• Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet to uphold our high standards.

Work Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Option for 5 or 6 days work week available, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
• Full-time, permanent position with flexibility required based on operational needs.

Training and Development:

• Comprehensive two-week training program by experienced aestheticians, including hands-on skills for a variety of device-based aesthetic treatments for Face, Skin, Body, and Scalp.
• Ongoing professional development opportunities to support your growth and career advancement.
• Opportunities for multi-function staff to learn and try out different job roles.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Beautician/Therapist with sales responsibilities.
• Relevant CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or other beauty and wellness certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments.
• Additional certifications or training in specialized aesthetic techniques.
