  • Provide functional leadership and expertise in the execution and operational success for industrialization programs across AMO Asia Pacific & Türkiye (APACT), aligned with business strategy and industrialization implementation plan.

  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for industrialization programs, focusing on new Engine MRO Disassembly, Assembly & Testing (DAT) implementation and new component repair introduction projects, to ensure alignment with standardized framework for industrialization.

  • Establish and implement standardized framework for the entire lifecycle of industrialization projects, ensuring program goals and requirements are met.

  • Execute DAT implementation and new repair introduction projects, collaborating with sites' cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while supporting strategic initiatives and capacity planning in alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with new program central industrialization organization to drive progress for industrialization phases from inception through completion, ensuring progress is aligned with business objectives, on time and within scope and budget, and escalating challenges to the appropriate stakeholders

  • Participate in and support the development of APACT and site growth strategies across APACT for future business growth in DAT and repair capacity and capability.

  • Implement standardized processes for DAT industrialization, collaborating with engineering and operation teams.

  • Promote process innovation and improvement initiatives that enhance quality, reduce cost, and elevate operational performance.

  • Champion a safety-first culture that consistently exceeds safety goals and advances toward zero-injury performance.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable RTX and Pratt & Whitney policies, while fostering awareness, accountability, and ethical responsibility.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).

  • Min 10 years of experience in industrial program execution, manufacturing, or operations, with 5 years in a project management role in Aerospace & Aviation industry.

  • Strong knowledge of industrialization processes, repair operations, and lean methodologies.

  • Proven project management skills, with proficiency in tools like MS Project or ERP systems.

  • Demonstrated success in operations management, program management, engineering, communications, customer support functions, and supply chain management.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and problem-solving.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Team player committed to driving operational excellence.

  • Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Ability to work with all levels of management, personnel and customers with key skills in project management, general business and operational analytics.

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and demonstrated industry insight.

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Master Degree or MBA is preferred.

  • Strong technical knowledge of turbofan engines Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), Repair Centers, and Engine Services business.
