Assistant Director, Digital Governance, Technology Delivery

What you will be working on:
  • Manage continuous digital process and systems improvement to strengthen digital governance and operational efficiency.
    • Appointed Incident Response Officer (SIRO) of ACRA and identify potential threat or attempted breach by closing off the security vulnerabilities with appropriate security measures.
    • Evaluate potential digital governance breaches, coordinate responses and provide recommended corrective and preventive actions to address the risks.
    • Partner with Central Governance Team to define and report on digital governance metrices and ensure timely closure of the gaps to meet KPIs.
    • Collaborate with IT and Business users to evaluate security vulnerabilities and risks for all projects and take the lead to mitigate the risks effectively.
    • Provide cost effective IT Security and data solutions for business to mitigate risks.
    • Educate IT and Business to step up digital governance awareness to cover appropriate risks, mitigation strategies/actions and upcoming threats.
    • Work with Central Government Security teams and vendors (onshore and offshore) to conduct regular phishing exercises and training to step up the security vigilant of staff and vendors.
    • Act as an internal independent party to review compliance with Government Instruction Manual for ICT and Smart Systems, ACRA IT and Data Policies and Standards.
    • Review IT systems to ensure that the technology and data control measures are in place and validate IT and data projects to ensure they meet the control procedures and address the risks with risk assessment before deployment to production.
    • Lead the implementation of data and IT security solutions and projects to ensure that they comply with Government Instruction Manual (ICT&SS).
    • Lead cross functional teams to plan and execute the digital governance strategies, reviews, and mitigating controls.
    • Develop and drive execution roadmap for enterprise information and security governance and architecture roadmap.
What we are looking for:
  • Professional Qualification in Cybersecurity / Info Security / Computer Science
    • Min 5 years of relevant experience
