Position Overview:

We are seeking a cheerful and sociable individual to join our team as a Barista. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, closing sales, and maintaining an attractive and organised booth.

Barista responsibilities:

Preparing drinks while serving customers in a pleasant, professional & consistent manner.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and order of shop, product inventory and equipment.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Regular and proactive content creation for social media.
  • Creative assistance in all other marketing activities where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing coffee and non-coffee drinks while serving customers in a pleasant, professional & consistent manner.

-Maintaining cleanliness and order of shop, product inventory and equipment.

  • Promote and sell our products at booths/ events and trade shows in friendly manner
  • Engage and interact with customers to generate interest and create excitement around our products. Effectively explain product features and benefits, and close sales without being monotonous.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude representing our brand.
  • Managing booth, ensuring it is neat and tidy at all times.
  • Keep track of inventory and report stock levels as needed.
  • Maintain a presentable appearance and ensure the booth is visually appealing.
  • Show up on the days indicated in the contract & contactable/ responsive via WhatsApps for communications

Qualifications:

  • Cheerful and sociable personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain products clearly and engagingly.
  • Ability to approach people confidently and close sales.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; detail oriented.
  • Diploma; additional education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required

Experience:

  • At least 1 year barista experience.
  • While professional marketing experience is not required, please send us links to your relevant content creation portfolio.
  • A valid Food Handling License and right to work in Singapore is a must.
