Job Summary

• Salary: Basic up to $2,500 +$240 shift allowance + AWS +Variable Bonus
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
• Working Days: 6 days per week (rotating shifts)
• Location: Changi Airport
• Benefits: Annual Increment, Training Provided, 12 Days Annual Leave

Job Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable about menu items and advise guests on allergens and dietary requirements.
• Prepare for service: polish glassware, set up stations/tables to brand standards.
• Provide excellent guest service: greet, take orders, serve food and beverages, clear tables, and assist with food running.
• Support operations: operate POS systems, assist with inventory checks, and maintain daily reports.
• Handle guest requests and feedback, assist in service recovery, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and data protection standards.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years' experience in F&B or hospitality preferred
• Able to work rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends and Public Holidays
