Based in Singapore, we specialize in custom signage, 3D acrylic and box-up lettering, lightboxes, large-format printing (banners, murals, backdrops), acrylic displays, and neon signs.

From design and fabrication to installation, everything is handled in-house — ensuring quality, speed, and reliability.

Our clients range from small local businesses to large corporations and government agencies, all trusting us to deliver signage that captures attention and elevates their brand presence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation for clients.
  • Support clients by recommending suitable materials or signage types (e.g. acrylic, 3D box-up, banners, stickers, etc.).
  • Learn about the different advertising materials and fabrication methods.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required — training will be provided. (having experience is bonus)
  • Knowledge or interest in advertising materials (3D signage, acrylic, box-up, banners, etc.) is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
