Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Conduct analytical testing on flavor compounds to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Manage and prepare samples for sensory evaluation, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintain a clean, organized work environment following 6S principles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and innovation within laboratory processes.
  • Assist Quality Assurance (QA) in maintaining accurate quality databases, records, documents, and certifications.
  • Participate in QA activities, including audits, GMP walks, environmental monitoring, and surface swab testing.
  • Support QA training and events, including updating training materials and presentation content.
