Location: Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle service provided at selected MRT stations)

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Solution Engineer to design, integrate, and deploy innovative IoT and automation solutions across multiple industries including aerospace MRO, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing. The ideal candidate will bridge customer workflows with technology platforms, ensuring smooth product integration, scalability, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer workflows (MRO, supply chain, manufacturing) into system configurations
  • Support unmanned storeroom deployments (kiosks, gantries, access control)
  • Define acceptance criteria and manage pilot rollouts
  • Integrate partner devices into the unified platform
  • Define API mappings, middleware protocols (MQTT, REST), and firmware interactions
  • Conduct validation, compliance checks, and structured testing
  • Develop onboarding templates, SDK guides, and test documents
  • Align features with system roadmap and stakeholder needs
  • Standardize integration for scalable deployment
  • Provide L3 support during deployments and escalations
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions
  • Gather field feedback to improve products and workflows

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 2–3 years of experience in IoT integration, solutions engineering, or embedded systems
  • Strong knowledge of RFID, sensors, IoT protocols, and cloud/on-prem architectures
  • Hands-on experience with API frameworks and system testing
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, safety standards, and MIL/OSHA healthcare regulations
