IT Applications Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Manager to oversee our business-critical applications, including ERP and MES systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, specificallyin application management and business process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Application Management Leadership: Supervise all essential business applications (such as ERP and MES) to ensure optimal performance, availability, and alignment with organizational requirements.
- Process Innovation Initiatives: Evaluate and redesign business processes across various departments to enhance efficiency and facilitate digital transformation efforts.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with cross-functional teams to discover technology-based solutions and execute process enhancements.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of application upgrades, integrations, and digital projects.
- Team and Partner Management: Direct the application support team and collaborate with external partners to uphold high service standards.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in IT applications management and business process improvement, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role, having worked on digital transformation projects.
- Proficient in managing ERP and business systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, process mapping tools, and re-engineering methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and automation platforms (RPA, Power Automate).
- Proficient in Windows, Linux, Office 365, and collaboration platforms.
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge is a plus.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions.
