Role Overview:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing, managing, and resolving issues related to IP network systems, including CCTV and Access Control systems etc. This position demands exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IP network, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Offer technical support to end-users.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on network systems.
  • Maintain precise records of network-related activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal operation of customer network systems.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends and technologies in networking.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute to the community.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Diploma or higher in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network Support Technician role.
  • Proficient in networking hardware and software.
  • Experience with IP networks, CCTV, access control, security locks, and cabling.
  • Familiarity with common network brands.
  • Proficient in Apple Mac, Windows, and Linux operating environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
