Position: Quantity Surveyor

  • Salary: $4,500 - $5,500 AWS Allowance (Transport & Mobile)
  • Location: Genting Lane (Potong Pasir)
  • Working Hour: 5 Days Alt Saturday (9am-6pm; 9am-1pm)

Requirement:

  • At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably with Curtain Wall or Building Project
  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cost management of projects.
  • Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims.
  • Procurement of contractors and suppliers.
  • Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and agree final accounts.
  • Familiarize oneself with the use of internal reporting systems "OA" and "SAP".
  • Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities.
  • Prepare Sub-Contract Documents.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence involving time and cost implications.
  • Assist the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc.
  • Attend meeting as and when required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
