RAQA Specialist – APAC (1 year contract)
A multinational medical diagnostics company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance (RAQA) Specialist to support regulatory and quality operations in Singapore and across the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge diagnostic solutions that impact patient care worldwide.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and compile regulatory submissions for IVD product approvals across Singapore and the wider APAC region.
  • Oversee post-market activities including product complaints, incident reporting, and product recalls
  • Support quality management system activities, internal audits, and compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge and application of APAC regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and databases to ensure audit readiness and process efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in RA and QA within the medical device or in-vitro diagnostics sector.
  • Familiarity with regulatory filing, compliance frameworks, and quality systems.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills.
