
Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Project Manager (PM) / Project Director (PD).
- Oversee and manage the entire station construction operations.
- Plan and coordinate station requirements (subcontractors, suppliers, materials, equipment) based on the baseline program, and collaborate with the technical and contracts departments for approval submissions.
- Good Construction and Logistic Management Skills
- Able to lead team of Site Managers and Site Engineers.
- Good Spoken English and presentation skills
- Conduct daily team meetings and site walks, documenting tasks and action plans.
- Sequence work handovers and track actual progress against planned timelines.
- Prepare progress reports for review by the PM / PD.
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors for structural, architectural, and M&E works.
- Collaborate with the design team to address engineering and technical issues.
- Manage traffic diversions, underground services, and temporary works.
- Ensure timely requisition of manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Work with Quality and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) teams to implement safety and quality protocols on-site.
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to resolve quality and safety-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering .
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with at least 10 years in Managing underground MRT station construction Projects.
- Possession of all mandatory training certifications for a Construction Manager.
- Able to work at East .
