Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in the management and operation of tours, regular programming and museum related events
  • Liaise with clients to understand enquiries and requirements
  • Respond and liaise with clients independently via email
  • Co-ordinate with attractions and external vendors in planning of tour itineraries
  • Work closely with senior management to improve the tour management processes and SOPs
  • Regular statistical analysis: collect, analyse and summarise market/visitorship data and trends
  • Undertake other essential administrative duties, providing assistance to other internal departments, e.g. training support, staff welfare, and other necessary essential work

Requirements

  • Possess at least GCE 'A' Levels / Diploma in Tourism or related field
  • Work experience in a similar field will be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom
  • Good communication skills (spoken & written), a team player and willing to learn
  • Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Singaporeans to apply

Nature of Work

  • 5-day work week
  • Must be willing to work weekends / public holidays if necessary
  • Able to commit to a minimum period of 2 years
