Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Grant Management Executive to support the administration of grant schemes. You will be involved in processing grant applications, verifying claims, and working closely with grant applicants to ensure compliance with funding requirements. The role also involves handling applicant queries and providing clear, responsive communication across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in processing grant applications, including eligibility checks and documentation review

· Conduct outreach and engagement sessions with potential applicants to explain grant requirements

· Provide guidance and support to applicants to help them meet documentation and reporting standards

· Perform site visits and preliminary verification where needed

· Attend to applicant and stakeholder queries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings

· Communicate with applicants to clarify submissions, especially in cases with language or comprehension challenges

· Review and certify final claims to ensure compliance with grant policies and procedures

· Prepare project summary and claim verification reports

· Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims in line with SOPs

· Maintain accurate and complete records for audits and reporting

· Perform other related administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Degree in Finance, Business, Public Administration, or related field

· At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in grant processing, finance, or administrative support

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Good interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face)

· Meticulous with strong attention to detail

· Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently

· Prior experience in government grant administration or public engagement is an advantage

· Upholds confidentiality and professional work ethics
