Responsibilities

  • Data Governance & Compliance:Support the development and implementation of data governance and compliance processes, and provide guidance on related queries and policy adherence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement and communicate new compliance and access policies effectively.
  • Request Evaluation: Review and evaluate research and non-research data access requests to ensure alignment with NUHS policies.
  • User Access Governance:Assist in reviewing IT procedures, implementing access controls, managing system access requests, and maintaining the Role-Based Access Matrix.
  • IT Audit Management: Contribute to IT audit planning, execution, and follow-up on control issues with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Project Support: Assist in ad-hoc tasks such as investigations, training, and development of IT and compliance-related policies and procedures.)

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree from a recognized institute
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience
  • Prior experience in IT management, healthcare, business analysis will be added advantages
  • Inquisitive, meticulous and process good logical, analytical and process flow skills
  • Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
