Senior Procurement Executive

Singapore River Private Advertiser Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily procurement activities, including issuing and tracking purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers to ensure timely communication and shipment planning
  • Maintain accurate product and supplier data in procurement systems
  • Review supplier shipping documents and prepare internal documentation
  • Ensure specifications are clearly communicated to suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance and procurement costs
  • Consolidate and analyze procurement spending data
  • Share procurement insights with cross-functional teams
  • Assist in streamlining procurement processes and updating S&OPs
  • Support Manager on policy implementation and liaisons with internal teams.  Ensure consistent application across teams
  • Help monitor project budgets and advise on procurement-related risks
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG or similar industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-driven and proactive.  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written) preferred
