Billing Officer

Position: Billing Officer (Only open to Singaporeans and Permanent Resident)
Job Type: [Full-Time]
Working hours: [9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays]
Location: 8 mins walk from nearest MRT Station
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process invoices accurately and timely.
- Review billing discrepancies and resolve any issues.
- Maintain and update customer accounts.
- Prepare and distribute billing statements and reports.
- Assist with record-keeping and audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Billing Officer in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent numerical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
