Senior Commercial Executive

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Control and monitor financial performance of the projects
- Prepare and analyse monthly project status reports, revenue, cost and cash flow forecast and report
- Handle tender / offer process with the proposal managers, including preparing and reviewing of offer costing and conditions of contracts
- Perform daily project controlling work including periodic review of costing, reporting, claim management, delivery documentation, billings, debt collection, arrangement for insurance policies and bank guarantee, etc
- Interact and interface with other stakeholders for an effective and efficient project controlling
- Perform month-end closing for projects
- Handle inward/outward shipments and L/C documentation if necessary
- Ensure compliance with work instructions and work processes
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Degree in business administration or other commercial disciplines
- At least three years in business administration or commercial experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics Business Center
- Experience in project accounting
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organising skills
- Ability to read and speak Mandarin as necessary for communication with Chinese counterparts abroad.
