Duration: 24 Months – Renewable Contract

Salary Range: (based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions within a government environment. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to drive user-centric application development and ensure timely, quality releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product success by delivering digital applications to end users.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers on user interviews and feature discovery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.
  • Track development progress and ensure milestones are met.
  • Plan and support system, user, and security testing before release.
  • Execute post-release user enablement and adoption campaigns.
  • Provide production support and coordinate with engineering to resolve defects.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
Requirements
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in project or product management.
  • Proven track record in building and delivering digital products end-to-end.
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • Familiar with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Balsamiq .
  • Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), or CBAP are an advantage.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields preferred.
Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in project management within software or digital product delivery environments.
  • Prior experience working in Agile or Scrum frameworks, facilitating sprints and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence , or similar project tracking and collaboration tools.
  • Possess relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis (preferred).
