Responsibilities:

* Deliver a full range of technical after-sales services, including installation, commissioning, repairs, and preventive maintenance for scientific or biopharmaceutical equipment.

* Offer technical advice and support to customers.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the specified response time to meet customer expectations.

* Document and submit detailed service reports following each job.

Requirements:

* ITE, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

* Min 3 years of hands-on experience in technical service or maintenance roles.

* Prior experience in the scientific or biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

* Self-driven and results-focused, with a strong sense of business awareness.

* Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle is a plus.
