Are you a talented and passionate dance instructor ready to inspire and empower dancers of all ages? Our dynamic dance school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dance Teacher to join our team. If you have a love for dance, a strong teaching background, and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality dance lessons in various styles, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, or other specialized genres.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated, encouraged, and supported in their dance journey.
- Teach proper dance techniques, body alignment, coordination, and musicality, while nurturing individual artistic expression.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and choreography that challenge and engage students at different skill levels.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their technique, performance, and overall dance abilities.
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, and examinations, guiding them through rehearsals and ensuring they are well-prepared.
- Communicate regularly with parents, providing progress updates, performance opportunities, and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and developments in the dance industry through professional development opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Extensive dance training and a strong background in one or more dance styles, with a deep understanding of technique, terminology, and choreography.
- Proven experience as a dance teacher, preferably in a studio or educational setting.
- Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs and learning styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Passion for dance education and a genuine desire to inspire and mentor students.
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in all aspects of teaching and studio operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall growth and success of the dance school.
