Dance Teachers For Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, KPop and Contemporary
If you are passionate about dance, love teaching children and self-motivated, Dancepointe Academy is the school you are looking for. You will be rewarded with our teacher's benefits such as sponsorships to Overseas Dance Tour and Annual Teacher's training workshops.
As a Dance Teacher, you are required to:
  • Prepare interesting resources for the classroom
  • Identify student's needs and work to help each child develop his or her own potential
  • Participate in any Dancepointe Academy events such as: Concerts and public performances
  • Conduct parent-teacher interviews / open house twice yearly
  • Attend professional development sessions to improve your teaching methods and maintain curriculum currency
  • Present a professional image in dressing and personality at all times
Requirements For Classical Ballet Teacher (Singapore & China Posting)
  • Min RAD / CSTD Advanced One Certificate of Achievement or Dance Diploma/Degree
    For China posting, accommodation and 2 return air tickets are provided per year
  • With teaching experiences preferred
  • RAD or CSTD Teaching Certificate is considered an added advantage.
  • Should be self-motivated, independent and equipped with good interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements For Jazz, Tap or Contemporary Teacher
  • Min Dance Diploma
  • With teaching experiences and Classical Ballet dance background preferred
  • Possess a ATOD/ CSTD/ ISTD Teaching Certificate will be an added advantage
  • Should be self-motivated, independent and equipped with good interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements For Hip Hop or Kpop Teacher
  • Min 3 years of teaching experiences
  • Possess dance achievements and certifications on the dance genre from good established dance schools
  • A Dance Diploma or Degree is considered an added advantage.
  • Must be up to date to the current dance trends
  • Should be self-motivated, independent and equipped with good interpersonal and communication skills
