Responsibilities:

  • Check all drawings, specifications and schedule of works/bills of quantities in contract document for discrepancies.
  • Carry out inspections, site supervision to ensure that all M&E works are carried out as per approved specification & drawings.
  • Witness and verify and testing and commissioning of M&E work.
  • Witness and verify any filed test carried out on site.
  • Monitor the progress of M&E works on site.
  • Suggest suitable/workable alternate method of installation in order to resolve site difficulties/issues complying with Singapore Code of Practice.
  • Escalate any issues to relevant parties immediately.
  • Other duties assigned by the employer from time to time.

    Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electronic & Electrical Engineering for supervision of M&E projects.
  • 5 years of experience as a RTO-M&E in similar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES for the respective discipline.
