About the role

We are looking for a Luxury Bag Appraiser to join our growing luxury vertical. You will play a key role in evaluating, and pricing luxury handbags, ensuring that every item meets our quality standards and delivers value to our customers. This role requires a strong eye for detail, a passion for luxury brands, and an ability to stay ahead of market trends.

• Appraisal: Evaluate luxury handbags to ensure quality, and accurate valuation.
• Sales & Customer Engagement: Assist customers in-store by providing product knowledge, building trust, and driving sales conversions.
• Retail Operations: Support daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory checks, and cash handling.
• Market Pricing & Valuation: Recommend pricing aligned with market trends and customer demand.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent service by addressing customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with store teams, operations, and logistics to maintain smooth inventory flow.
• Roster Flexibility: Work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, as part of the retail schedule.
• Knowledge Sharing: Keep up-to-date with luxury brand releases, resale trends, and counterfeit detection techniques to educate both team and customers.

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or appraisal roles.
• Strong knowledge of major luxury brands and appraising methods for handbags.
• Proven track record in retail sales and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about luxury fashion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with sales targets.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rostered shifts.
