Special Events & Programmes Management
- Drive the planning and execution of flagship events, including the anniversary celebrations, collaborations with the World Cities Summit, new leadership programmes for alumni, and strategic initiatives in the culture sector.
- Oversee end-to-end event operations — from venue sourcing, vendor management, and budgeting to registration and on-site coordination.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Work with and manage a long-term event organiser to expand and strengthen our events portfolio.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Support the smooth delivery of programmes and staff welfare initiatives through vendor coordination and logistical arrangements.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and assignments as required to support the wider team.
What We're Looking For
- Degree holder preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in events management, with proven success in overseeing full-cycle logistics and stakeholder engagement.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects under tight timelines, with strengths in event operations, stakeholder management, administration, and communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an interest in leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and solution-driven — with the ability to anticipate challenges and act quickly.
Why Join Us?
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a landmark year, where your work will directly contribute to shaping meaningful cultural programmes and partnerships. If you are passionate about events, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
