Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with Instructional Designers to conceptualise and produce engaging digital learning assets that incorporate graphics, audio, animation, video, interactivity, and gamification elements

  • Conduct research and develop original visual content—including characters, avatars, infographics, and background scenes—to support online learning objectives

  • Create and assemble multimedia elements and design interactive learning objects using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate

  • Support additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Possess a minimum diploma in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with a focus on interactive storytelling

  • Possess experience in developing multimedia content for online platforms or e-learning tools.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, as well as Microsoft Office applications.

  • Skilled in graphic design and layout principles, and capable in 2D animation, as well as digital video and audio editing.

  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript) for xAPI or cmi5 development and experience in AR/VR development or UX/UI design are a strong advantage
