Collaborate closely with the internal communication team to understand communication goals, target audience, and key messages, and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
- Design and create marketing collateral for corporate initiatives, including brochures, flyers, infographics, banners, videos, and social media graphics, that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Ensure consistent visual branding and messaging across all internal communication and corporate marketing materials.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of multimedia content.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or videographers, to ensure successful production and delivery of multimedia materials when necessary.
- Maintain and organize a library of design assets, templates, and style guides for easy access and consistent use across different communication channels.
- Stay informed about the organization's values, culture, and goals to ensure designs accurately reflect the company's identity and objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and visually impactful designs across various mediums.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and multimedia tools for video editing and animation.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret complex concepts and messages and translate them into compelling visual designs.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with corporate branding guidelines and the ability to adhere to established brand identity.
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer with a focus on internal communication and corporate marketing collateral is an advantage.

Experience in motion graphics and video editing is an advantage.
