Job Relationship: Reports to Head of Communications

**A. Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer, to join our Communications team, to visually and dynamically communicate Caregivers Alliance Limited’s mission and strategically enhance the impact of our work in Singapore’s mental health and caregiving landscape.

**B. Responsibilities**:

- Develop impactful visuals across various media, including brochures, reports, social media graphics, presentations, website content, and print materials.
- Work closely with Outreach and Programme teams to understand their goals and translate them into engaging and effective visual designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while staying current with design trends and best practices.
- Propose and implement creative and innovative solutions for data visualizations, infographics, and other visuals.
- Contribute graphic content to multimedia products, including video editing and production, develop branding elements (logo, typography, color palette), and ensure all materials adhere to the visual style guide.
- Provide design support, as needed, and create adaptable visual asset templates for programme/workshop publicity, including templates for video content to ensure consistency across all media formats.

**C. Job Requirements**:

- A Diploma in Design, Visual Communications, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience. Fresh graduates with strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work may be considered.

**Desired Skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of key design and multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign), Cap Cut, Dimension, Canva, etc.
- Expertise in graphic design, layout, illustration, and data visualization
- Experience in audio-visual production, video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience in producing/printing communication materials (annual report, brochures, booklets).
- Possess excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, design processes, and best practices of infographic presentations.
- Ability to think creatively to address design challenges and user needs effectively.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team to deliver under tight deadlines.
