Queensway Central Singapore Zylker Real Estate Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year
  • Work collaboratively with and provide support to the Project Manager for the entire project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to discern project requirements, and assign tasks to internal and external team members
  • Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project budgets and efficient allocation of project resources
  • Support the Project Manager to organize, monitor and ensure that internal and consultant deadlines are met
  • Report to the Project Manager on progress, issues and discuss any matters related to the project
  • Provide written and verbal reports on project updates to the management as and when required
  • Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management
  • Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research, filing and sorting of project collaterals


Requirements
  • Educational background in Business, Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent qualifications
  • Candidates with Interior Design experience will be strongly considered
  • At least 3 years experience in property development, property investment or real estate consultancy
  • Strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition to completion of residential and commercial properties
