You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.  The Mixologist is responsible to assist with the customer and bar service at the hotel's selected beverage outlets.  The Mixologist is responsible to assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the selected beverage outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Your Profile

  • Ideally with a relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in hotel operations.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • A can-do attitude.
