Park Bäckerei is a German bakery Icon Village in Tanjong Pagar , with a focus on pretzel baked goods and covering dine in , retail/take-away , and catering settings. Our pretzel baked good range includes authentic german pretzels, sweet laugenbuns, stuffed bagels and other mouth-watering baked goods, using only the highest quality ingredients. You will be working side by side with other passionate chefs and kitchen crews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing daily production of pretzels and other bakery items while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency

  • Developing innovative recipes and seasonal bakes while maintaining brand integrity

  • Overseeing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

  • Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Providing exceptional customer service and representing Park Bäckerei as the face of our brand

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualification from a culinary school and/or at least one year experience with a commercial bakery

  • A deep passion for the art of baking, curiosity and ability to learn new concepts quickly

  • Good communication in English, Malay or Mandarin proficiency are a plus

  • Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (Certification can be sponsored for the right candidate)
