As we expand our central kitchen to meet growing demand across both retail and corporate clients, we are seeking an experienced **Head Baker**to lead and inspire our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring production efficiency and product consistency.
- Manage and supervise bakers and assistants, providing training and mentorship.
- Oversee preparation of cookies, mooncakes, breads, and pastries at scale.
- Innovate and refine recipes while upholding product quality and presentation standards.
- Manage inventory, raw materials, and food safety compliance.
- Collaborate with management to plan production schedules for festive seasons (e.g., Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival).
- Build a strong team culture focused on discipline, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/senior role.
- Strong expertise in **cookies and mooncakes**is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team.
- Solid knowledge of bakery operations, workflow, and food safety standards.
- Passionate about baking, innovation, and delivering high-quality products.
- Willingness to commit to longer hours during seasonal peaks.
