Key Responsibilities

  • Audit Coordination and Execution:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute operational audits in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Identify areas of weakness, improvement opportunities, and associated risks.
  • Develop and propose recommendations to address identified issues.

  • Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports to support audit observations and findings.

  • Stakeholder Communication and Follow-Up:

  • Effectively communicate audit observations and findings to relevant stakeholders and senior team members.

  • Conduct follow-up reviews with stakeholders to assess the implementation of audit recommendations.

  • Process Improvement and Documentation:

  • Assist in the creation and documentation of key processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flowcharts.

  • Time Management and Ad-Hoc Duties:

  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned or requested.
