Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential B2B clients and develop strategic sales plans to acquire new business accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract corporate clients
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new partnerships
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a key point of contact for clients to address any inquiries or concerns
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with corporate clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications for sales reporting and analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
