We are the largest Afterlife Venue in Singapore. With an integrated one stop solution comprising of funeral parlours and columbarium niches in Singapore, we provide a new perspective to the funerary industry in Singapore.
We are looking for new talent to join us to provide families a comforting experience for this journey. Experience is not critical but a passion to serve and help others is vital.
We are currently looking for Full Time Sales Administrative personnel to join our team.
**The Role**
This role requires a meticulous individual who is well organized and can time-manage well.
The role requires the talent to perform the following duties:
- **Responsibilities**:
- Provide support in handling daily sales-related documentation
- Facilitate the sales process efficiently upon receipt of sales agreement
- Support team of Sales / Marketing managers in sales closing
- Maintain proper filling & documentation and perform general administration
- Show prospects to the niches in a respectful manner
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Skills & Experience**:
- At least 3 years' experience in administrative work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong relationship management skills, clear verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently under fast paced environment
- Industry Knowledge of religious, cultural, customs and burial practices is a plus
- Independent self-starter with strong problem solving, marketing and organising skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal / external parties
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Experience or Knowledge in the Funeral / Columbarium is an advantage
