We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, particularly in commercial and hospitality projects. This role will involve leading design initiatives and collaborating with clients to create innovative and functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts and presentations.
  • Create detailed design plans and specifications using software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and materials to provide clients with innovative design solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.
  • Proficient in design software programs, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong creative and conceptual design skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
