About the Role

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to support our finance operations. This is a contract position with the opportunity for renewal based on performance, making it a great opportunity for candidates who are keen to grow with the company. A hybrid work arrangement is also provided for added flexibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing payments, including online banking and daily balance checks
  • Prepare and process vouchers, credit notes, and debit notes
  • Verify supplier sales invoices and maintain proper accounting documentation and filing
  • Arrange online banking transactions, prepare payment slips, and generate Statements of Account (SOA)
  • Support basic administrative and HR-related duties

What We're Looking For

  • Strictly open to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents due to quota limitations
  • Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Immediate starters preferred
