Job Description

As an Infant Educarer, you will:

  • Provide responsive care and create a secure, nurturing environment for infants.
  • Support infants' daily routines, including feeding, diapering, toileting, and nap times.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences that promote infants' developmental milestones.
  • Build trusting relationships with infants and maintain open communication with parents.
  • Ensure the hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of the infant bay at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support centre operations.

Requirements

  • EY1 or EY2: Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
  • A genuine love for working with babies and supporting their early development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, patient, and attentive to the needs of infants.
