About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Venue Maintenance & Gardening Assistant to join our team at IDA'S EVENTS PTE. LTD. This is a part-time position located in the West Region, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine appearance and functionality of our event venues.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform regular grounds and garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of indoor and outdoor venue spaces
  • Ensure all landscaping and gardening equipment is properly maintained and stored
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
  • Collaborate with the events team to address any venue maintenance or gardening requirements
  • Contribute to a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or general maintenance work
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to handle manual tasks
  • Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service
